A vision in life

Every now and then someone comes along asking you - what do you want to do? what's your goal or vision for your life? so often i hear the question - "What's the meaning of life?"... life has meaning that you attach to it. And it's only meaningful to you when u know u r heading in some direction you want to go. If I am at Pt. A and i know i want to reach Pt B, then everything i do now... the books i read, the job i do, the people i know... should help me in some way to reach Pt. B. I must always bear in mind how far away I am from Pt. B... whether I still want to go to Pt. B... whether i'm gonna take a longer time... or whether I want to change my destination altogether. The most dreadful thing would be to gradually lose sight of Pt. B... forget about going there... and not knowing where I want to go anymore...

many people pass their lives without ever having a dream... some of those who had a dream forget it once they join the rat race. they become so pre-occupied with their job and the hustle-bustle of the rat race that they forget where they want to go...

My Pt. B is something that's in my heart ever since I was in Secondary school... it is to run a business that blesses God's kingdom - financially or in any other way... keeping sight and focus on the goal... helps me know where i'm goiong so that i don't drift and lose focus... becoming lost and disheartened is the worst thing to be... because it really is a waste of time...
